Craft: Sanganeri Hand block print 

Description: 

  • Color: Shades of white, blue. green and yellow
  • Fabric: Kurta – Cotton – (60-60),  3 mtrs fabric is used for the kurta.
  •  A line kali kurta, comfort fit.
  • Sleeves three-fourths in length , bell shaped with pintuck and sequin details.. 
  • Pocket in Kurta 
  • Embellished with moti and sequin work at the neckline
  • Collared neckline
  • Border highlights at the neck and sleeves
  • Pants- Cotton – (60-60), regular fit, elasticated waist with a drawstring, ankle length and has pocket. Lace detail at the bottom edge.
  • 2.5 mtr. fabric is used in the pants
  • Dupatta- Kota doria cotton with floral motifs and geometric borders with zari. 2.5 mtr. length and 1.09 mtr. width

Wash Care

  • These handcrafted pieces need your gentle care. The fabric used in these outfits is hand block printed in natural dyes. To maintain the longetivity of the outfits, we suggest you to gently wash them separately in  with mild detergents. Do not soak or use hot water.
  • Indigo, Ajrakh and naturally dyed Dabu prints in Reds, Blacks, Browns and Blues need to be dry cleaned in the first two washes. Any Chanderi, Mashru, Silk fabrics needs to be dry cleaned only. Cotton lurex gentle hand wash. Modal satin dry clean only.
  • Dry in shade
  • Iron at moderate heat.

Disclaimer - Notes

This product is handblock printed. Every block is placed carefully by the artisan by hands on the vast canvases of fabric. Being a hand technique of printing  minor variations & irregularities in prints, and colors becomes an inevitable part of this craft. They should not be perceived  as defects but as a part and parcel of any hand-carfted product, which makes these unique from any machine made product. The colors may slightly vary due to different resolutions in different devices.
