Return & Exchange Policy

All our outfits and products are made with utmost love and care. As a company policy, we do not provide refund on any product sold.

  • Once the product is sold it can be exchanged only if the wrong order (some other product / a different size than what was ordered) has been shipped from our end. In that case please drop an email to us within 24 hours of receiving the order. The company will assess the request and will guide you through the exchange process. The customer care may request further  information/photographs to assess your return request. Please do cooperate with them. 
  • We encourage our clients to go through the size chart before placing any order with us. In case of any query about the sizes we offer, you may write to us at sandloreclothing@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 8904406430 with the SUBJECT - 'RETURN / EXCHANGE '
